The challenge this month is Emboss it!

I had fun coloring up the Winnie Mermaid Mermaizing image from Polkadoodles.

I embossed the background with the scallop embossing folder from Fun Stampers Journey before doing the watercolor background.

Fin: BG78, BG18, BG15, BG13
Flowers: BG18, BG15, BG13

I hope you will emboss something up with your embossing folders or powder and join us over at Crafty Gals Corner

Fabulous Card

Hello Crafty Friends,

I can not believe that we are in August already and that means that I am going back to work soon.  I have had a jammed packed summer, so maybe it is a good thing?  I will be able to get back to a regular routine and getting back to a normal schedule.

Today I have a card to share that I recently created with an image that I colored maybe a year ago.

I had fun coloring this image with my Copics.

The card was created using Cardstock from Fun Stampers Journey, pattern paper from Authentique, Sparkle Washi tape from Fun Stampers Journey and a paper doily I had in my stash.

The sentiment is from Text Happy from Fun Stampers Journey.

I have had this image for a while, I just didn't take the time to color it.   I love the way it came out.

I used cardstock from Fun Stampers Journey, pattern paper from Authentique and Scallop Die from Fun Stampers Journey.

I hope you will join us for the challenge, Anything Goes, starting today on the blog.  Click here.

It is a new month and new challenge over at the Love to Craft Challenge Blog.  The theme is always Anything Goes, so I hope you will join us.

For this month, I have been working on my Disney Scrapbook, so I have a layout to share with you.

Crafty Gals Corner Challenge 3+ layers

Hello Crafty Friends,

I can not believe that it is the last day of July.  My summer break is almost over.  I have to admit that I have had a great summer, but I am so not ready to go back to work.

Today we have a new challenge at Crafty Gals Corner.  The challenge is to use 3 or more layers on your card.

The card I created for the challenge I got to use a cute little image from Morgan's Art World.

When I saw this image I knew I had to color her as Belle from Beauty and the Beast.
I colored her up with Copics and added some Stickles to her crown and the heart on her dress.

I layered glitter cardstock and white cardstock to create the card.

Adding a bow and some pearls finished off the card.

I hope you will join in on the challenge with us.  Just click here.

A Special Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends,

I have a very special birthday card to share with you today.    I made this card from my brother for his birthday because he loves this show.

I used Fun Stampers Journey cardstock and colored the images with my Copics.  I printed the company logo off the computer.
The stamp set is Scranton, PA by Kindred Stamps.

P.S He loved it!  Which I knew he would.
