Well, it is the last day of the month.  As of tomorrow, we start a new month.

Today, I have a very simple birthday card to share.

I created the background by "stamping" with the daubers on to the Whip Cream Cardstock, using 4 different inks.

I then added a few strips of Licorice Sparkle Tape to a piece of Whip Cream Cardstock and then die cut the word "birthday" from the piece.

Supplies Used:
Paper: Whip Cream Cardstock, Beach Ball Cardstock
Ink: Beach Ball, Huckleberry Fusion, Kiwi Slice, Limeade Splash
Die: Designer Frames
Tools: Large Daubers
Accessories: Licorice Sparkle Tape

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today I am going to share a card I created using another stamp from the retirement list, Furry Mustache.

The base of the card was created from Hazelnut Blend Cardstock.  I then took a piece of Butter Cream Cardstock and stamped the Hexagon Print onto it with Oatmeal Cookie ink.  I cut a piece of Journey Basics: Neutrals Paper and placed it towards the bottom of the Butter Cream piece.  I adhered this piece to the card.
I then wrapped a piece of Black Licorice Twine around the whole card and tied a knot to the left side of the card.
Next, I took a piece of Butter Cream Cardstock and stamped the Furry Mustache ATS with Hazelnut Blend ink.  I matted this piece on Hazelnut Blend Cardstock.   I added this piece to the card using foam squares.
I then added my sentiment from Cake Time with Hazelnut Blend ink on Butter Cream Cardstock to the bottom.
I finished the card by adding a Star Frame Element (Bloom Benefit) to the card.  Enjoy!

Stamps: Cake Time, Furry Mustache, Hexagon Print
Paper: Hazelnut Blend Cardstock, Butter Cream Cardstock, Pattern Paper (retired)
Ink: Oatmeal Cookie, Hazelnut Blend
Accessories: Black Licorice Twine, Amazing Accents

Trees have always amazed me.  They stand so tall and can resist the wind because of their roots, which you can not see.
A few years ago I got to see the Redwoods up close and I was in awe.

Trees are beautiful and my card today is a reflection of their seasonal changes.  This stamp set is also on the retirement list and will be gone soon.  Grab it today!

Hello Crafty Friends,

I hope you are doing well today.  Today I want to share a card I created using the soon to be retired, "Hello Lovely" stamp set.

The card base is created using a piece of Pool Play Cardstock cut at 11 x 4 1/4.  I folded this piece in half, opened it and folded the top piece again.  This created a stand up or easel card.
On the Pool Play area at the very top (that you can't see in the picture, I lightly stamped some Whip Cream Ink to create clouds.
I then die cut 5 of the grass from Limeade Splash Cardstock using the Border Details die.   I then cut small stripes of a thick plastic (food containers work good) and placed them on the Pool Play Cardstock below the fold.
Using the Hello Lovely stamp set, I stamped the daisy on Whip Cream Cardstock with Black Licorice Ink, used my Copic markers Y15 and Y19 to color the flowers and fussy cut them out.

Supplies Used:
Stamp: Hello Lovely
Paper: Pool Play Cardstock, Limeade Splash Cardstock, Whip Cream Cardstock
Ink: Black Licorice
Dies: Border Details
Colored with Copic Markers
