I have another great cocoa project for the Coffee Lovers Winter Bloghop.
The base of the card is Whip Cream Cardstock and layers of Christmas Pattern paper I had in my stash.
I then stamped the mug from Christmas Mug (FSJ Bloom Benefit) with Black Licorice ink on Candy Apple and Whip Cream Cardstock. I detail cut these pieces out and put them back together. I used the Journey Color Burst pencils to color in the "cocoa". I added this to the card using foam squares.
Next, I wrapped a piece of ribbon from my stash around the card. I stamped the sentiment, Tis the Season, from Christmas Trim with Candy Apple ink on Whip Cream Cardstock.
To finish the card off, I added a Wooden Snowflake to the mug. Enjoy!

Cozy Wishes
I always look forward to participating. Today I have a card for those cold cocoa nights.
Next, I cut a piece of Party Pop Prints, ripped the side off and added it to the card. I then wrapped a piece of Oatmeal Cookie Satin Ribbon around the card and tied a knot.
I stamped the mug from Cozy Wishes with Dark Roast ink on Buttercream Cardstock and Fresh Forest cardstock. I detail cut the piece out and adhered the cozy to the mug. I used an exacto knife to cut the top out. I then stamped the candy cane from Holiday Sparkle set with Black Licorice ink and colored with Journey Color Burst pencils. I detail cut the candy cane and added it to the card, through the slit.
I finished the card by adding the sentiment from the Cozy Wishes set with Cranberry Bliss ink on Buttercream Cardstock and tying a few Jingle Bells to the mug with Natural Journey Twine. Enjoy!

Can You Case It? #142
Can you believe it is December already? Where has the time gone? It seems like just yesterday we were starting school and getting ready for Halloween.
Either way, I love Christmas. I love the smells, the colors, the sounds, all of it.
Today, we have a color challenge for you at Can You Case It? The more I looked at these colors, the more I liked them.

Here is the card I created
I started the card with a piece of Whip Cream and Pretty Pansy cardstock. Next, I took a piece of Whip Cream cardstock and stamped the Snow burst snowflakes with Clear Pigment Ink. I then took Silver PanPastel and rubbed over the top. Tada! I beautiful, silvery background.
Next, I took a piece a strip of Whip Cream Cardstock and stamped the Noel from Noel Chirp in Pretty Pansy ink. I tore the end off of the strip and adhered it to the card. I then took some silver washi tape I had in my stash, on either side of the sentiment. Then, I wrapped a piece of Tinsel Trim around the card and adhered the layer to the card base.
To finish the card, I splattered some Silver Silk to the card and added a wooden snowflake to the bottom. Enjoy!

Journey Blog Hoppers November Hop
Now, let's get to my projects. First the card.
I used our Be Amazing color, Outrageous Pink for the base of the card. I then cut a layer of Be Amazing Pattern Paper for the top. I then die cut a Star-dom star from Outrageous Pink cardstock. Next, I stamped the sentiment, Be Awesome Today, from the
So Pretty stamp set with Black Licorice ink on Whip Cream Cardstock. I then splattered Turbo Teal silk over the tag, punched a star hole into the tag and tied the tag to the card with Black Licorice Twine.
To finish the card, I added some Tinsel Trim to the bow for the tag and added some Sparkle Dots to the stars on the card.
I created this "gift bag" with one piece of 8 1/2 x 11 piece of Turbo Teal Cardstock. I added a strip of stars die cut from Outrageous Pink Cardstock and added them to the top of the bag.
Here is a close up of the tag.

Can You Case it? #140
Can You Case it is back! We are now running bi-monthly challenges. Our challenge this week is a color challenge.
I started the card with a layer of Oatmeal Cookie, Summer Days and Orange Creamcicle cardstock. I then took a piece of Oatmeal Cookie and stamped the leaves from Autumn Days with Dark Roast ink. I sliced the piece in half on a diagonal. I attached this layer to the card.
I then stamped the sentiment, "You're nothing short of my everything" from P.S. Greetings with Dark Roast ink on the space between the leaves layer.
I then splattered some Gold Silk over the card.
To finish the card, I wrapped Journey Natural Twine around the whole card, added a piece of Oatmeal Cookie Satin Ribbon and tied a bow. Enjoy!
