Hello Crafty Friends,

Happy Halloween!  I hope you are having fun doing whatever you decide to do today.   I am working all day and then we are having a small truck or treat in the complex we live in.  It should be fun!

Today, I want to share with you a Doodlebug banner I created to celebrate the holiday.

The banner turned out to be eight panels when I was done, so it was really hard to get a full picture.  The banner says Spooky and then has two end caps.

I hope you have a safe and Happy Halloween!

I then used that same web to add to the corners of the card.

I then cut out Frankenstein with my Cricut, layered him up and added him to the top.
Scary, but cute!

Hello Crafty Friends,

This past weekend I co-hosted a Halloween Crop.  One of the swaps I was a part of was a flip book.  I was under the impression that it was to be a photo album.  I soon found out that it is supposed to be a book full of goodies, etc.
Since I already had the book made, I added some goodies and called it a day.
The recipient said she loved it!  That made it all worth it.

Here is what I created:

Front Cover

Inside Front Cover
I included some images for the recipient to use in her projects.

I made two planner clips using my Cricut.

Inside Back Cover
I included some tags for the recipient to use

This is a full look at the book opened to show the three panels.

This is the middle panel on the inside back cover.

I hope you have found inspiration today.

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today, I am continuing to share my entries and results in the Los Angeles County Fair.

Today is my star birthday card.  The picture here is of the card in the case with my third place ribbon.  In the case that they have them in, you can't tell that the card is a pop up card.

Here is a better photo:

Here is what the inside of the card looks like.

I created this card using the Window Pop Die from Fun Stampers Journey.

This was a fun card to make and was bummed it didn't place higher.

Hello Crafty Friends,
Today I have some good news to share with you.  I am a part of the Love to Craft Challenge Blog as a Design Team Member.  This is a great opportunity to share my passion for crafting.
I am so excited to be a part of this creative group.    You can visit the blog here and see my introduction.

For my first project, I created this Halloween Card:

I created the background of the card by stamping the sentiment "Boo" randomly all over the piece of cardstock.
The ribbons are just knotted and wrapped around the card front.
The pumpkins and faces were first stamped with Black Licorice ink on Orange Creamcicle, detail cut around the pumpkins, stacked them on top of each other and then added Journey Glaze to the tops.
I love the way Journey Glaze looks on the pumpkins.  It adds a shiny and smooth texture to the image.

Supplies Used:
Stamp: Jack O Lanterns
Paper: Whip Cream Cardstock, Black Licorice Cardstock, Orange Creamcicle Cardstock
Ink: Black Licorice
Accessories: Pumpkin Patch Ribbon, Journey Glaze

If you are interest in adding your project to the Anything Goes Challenge over at the Love to Craft Challenge Blog, click here!
I can't wait to see what you share.
