Hello Crafty Friends,

I hope you are enjoying Spring where you are at.  The first day of Spring here in Southern California started out with a rainy day.  I love rainy days so I was fine with it.  But today, seems to be a true Spring Day for us.
Today I have a card to celebrate Spring and all the flowers that are blooming around us.

The card base it made from Whip Cream cardstock, with a layer of Whip Cream Cardstock that is embossed with the Pretty Plaid Embossing Folder.  I then layered a Pool Play Cardstock circle that I cut from Journey Circles.
I then stamped the daffodils from Hippity Hoppin Stamp set and Black Licorice ink, two on one piece of Whip Cream cardstock and one on another piece.  I then colored them with Journey Splash pencils and took my blender brush with water to spread the color around.  I detail cut these out and added two flat to the card and one with foam squares to the middle.
I then placed a piece of Create and Bloom Pattern Paper.  I then stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with Black Licorice ink.  I then fussy cut this out and used a foam square to adhere to the card.
To finish the card, I added a few rhinestones to the card.

All supplies are from Fun Stampers Journey and can be purchased here.

3/21/19 Stampin Friends Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin Friends Easter/Pastels Blog Hop

I hope you are having a great day.  Today we are hopping along with an Easter theme.  We hope you are inspired to create your own projects to celebrate your love.

The base of the card is Whip Cream Cardstock, a strip of Playful Prints and a strip of Through the Years Pattern paper.
I then created the rosette with Spring Crepe paper, Whip Cream Cardstock cut with Journey Circle dies.  I then stamped the All Ears bunny stamp with River Stone and Watermelon Fusion ink on the circle as well as a piece of Whip Cream Cardstock that I then fussy cut out and placed on top of the circle with foam squares.  I then took a piece of blue Spring Crepe paper and tied it with Whip Cream thread and added to the bottom of the bunny for his bow tie.
I added this to the card and finished the card, by adding the sentiment from Annual Celebration with River Stone ink.

I then took this same idea and created a pin that I can wear on Easter.

I used Lemon Drop for the circle this time and included a green Spring Crepe bow tie.
Together, they make a fun little gift for someone on Easter.

I hope you enjoyed my projects! Don’t forget to leave me a comment to let me know how you liked my projects.

Hello Crafty Friends,

I hope you are having a great week.
Today, I would like to share with you a clean and simple card.

The card base is Whip Cream Cardstock.  I then cut a piece of Good Life Pattern Paper and used the Corner Rounder to round the corners.  The sentiment, "Joy Looks Good on You", is a stamp by Spellbinders that I had.  I colored it with my Copic markers.  I rounded the corners on this piece and then placed it on the card.
To finish the card, I added a Whip Cream Thread bow.

All supplies, except the stamp, can be purchased here.

Hello Crafty Friends,

Happy St. Patrick's Day.  I have a very sweet card to share with you today.

I had fun creating this card.
The base of the card is Butter Cream Cardstock, with a layer of Lemon Grass Cardstock and then a layer of Through the Year prints.
I then wrapped a piece of Lemon Grass Thread around the card and tied a bow.
I stamped the jars from the All Year Long stamp set on a piece of Buttercream Cardstock in River Stone ink and then stamped the jars again using Lemon Grass, Kiwi Slice and Fresh Forest inks.  I then detail cut out the three shamrock and glued them onto the jars.  I placed the jars on the card with foam squares.

Hello Crafty Friends,

It's Friday!  Thank goodness.
Today I have a fun card to share with you.  If you know me, you know that I love anything that has to do with coffee.  Today's card is a celebration of my love of coffee and St. Patrick's Day.

The base of the card is Butter Cream Cardstock.  I took the Coffee Helps, coffee stain stamp and River Stone ink and lightly stamped the stain onto Lemon Grass Cardstock.  I stamped the sentiment from the same stamp set with River Stone ink.
I then die cut the coffee cup with the Coffee First Die set with Through the Year Pattern Prints and Buttercream Cardstock.
Next I added the Black Gingham ribbon and knotted it on the left side.  I added a Lemon Grass Thread bow on top.
I finished the card, by detail cutting out one of the shamrocks from the pattern paper and added it to the coffee cup with foam squares.

All supplies are from Fun Stampers Journey and can be purchased here.

Hello Crafty Friends,

This week is St. Patrick's day and I have some cards I created to celebrate.
The first one I am going to share is one that was very fun to create.  I also tried something new.

I stamped the large shamrock from theI'm Lucky ATS with Lemon Grass Splash ink on Butter Cream Cardstock.  I then matted this onto Lemon Grass Cardstock.  I then used the Journey Corner Rounder to create the notches on either side.  I then wrapped Lemon Grass Thread around the card and tied a piece of Limeade Splash Satin Ribbon.
I stamped the sentiment from All Year Long stamp set with Black Licorice ink onto Butter Cream Cardstock.  I then cut the banner end on one side and adhered the piece to the card.
To finish the card I splattered Sparkle and Electric Lime silk to the whole card.

All supplies are from Fun Stampers Journey and can be purchased here.

Hello Crafty Friends,

I have a card today that has no stamping.  I know this is not an "usual" card because we always use stamps, but I think you are going to like this.

I started with a piece of Good Life paper with the pink flowers.  I added a strip of the gingham paper and adhered it to the first piece.   I then wrapped and tied a bow with Whip Cream Thread.
I then die cut the word Hello with the Hugh Hello Die out of Rustic Rose Cardstock.  I glued this down to the card panel.  I then added 3 pearls to the bottom corner.
Lastly, I added the panel to the Whip Cream card base with foam squares.

All supplies are from Fun Stampers Journey and can be purchased here.

I am entering this card in these challenge:
