Bitten By the Bug 2- Graduation

 

Hello Crafty Friends,

Graduation season is upon us and our new challenge is Graduation.  I used my Cricut to make a Congrats banner.

I used Close to My Heart Art Philosophy to cut the banner pieces and the letters.  Then I used cut files from Kate's Cuttables to cut the diplomas, hats, "You did it!" signs stars and swirls.  

Here is a closer look at the banner pieces.

 

 

To finish the pieces, I added some black enamel dots to each piece.

Bitten By The Bug 2- Easter or Bunnies Challenge

 

Hello Crafty Friends,

Welcome to a new project I created for the Bitten By the Bug 2 challenge for the next two weeks, with an Easter theme.  I love Easter and couldn't wait to create something beautiful. 

I used a free SVG from Love SVG to create the cross for the canvas.

I then cut the flowers from the Art Philosophy Close to My Heart Cartridge and cut them at different sizes.  The leaves I cut from the Spellbinders Foilage die set in different shades of green.

 

I placed the flowers on the canvas and glued them on with hot glue. 

 

 

To finish the project, I added some Stickles to the flower petals and cut and placed a few leaves inbetween the flowers.

I love how it came out and can't wait to decorate for Easter.
