Angie's Digital Stamps Challenge

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today we have a new challenge at Angie's Digital Stamps.  The theme is Anything Goes.  I got to color this beautiful digital stamp.

I colored the cake with my Copics:

Flowers: BG49, BG15, BG45

Diamonds: YR65, YR61

Heart: R83, R81

The card base was created with Cardstock from my stash and pattern paper from Authentic Classique: Elegent collection.

I then added rhinestones to the flowers and the circles between the diamonds.

Now it is your turn to create a card and share it with us at Angie's Digital Stamps Challenge Blog.

Love and Laughter Forever

 Hello Crafty Friends,

Today's card is a rather simple one, but one that is quite elegant.

Stampin up as part of the Forever Fern bundle have two long and skinny embossing folders.  I took the leaf one and ran it across the card base.  I thought it added some texture to the cardbase.

I then layered the white cardstock and pattern paper on top with foam squares.  Next, I stamped my sentiment and added it to the card,  The pattern paper in this bundle is gorgeous, so I wanted to feature it.

Cottage Daisy Card

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today I want to share a very simple card I designed and created for a friend to give to a friend.

The background or card base is Rustic Rose Cardstock from Fun Stampers Journey with a laser cut die cut from Stampin' Up that a friend gave me.
I then stamped and die cut the daisies and bow from Whip Cream, Kiwi Slice and Rustic Rose Cardstock and paper pieced them together.  I added them to the card using foam squares.

Stamp set, dies and ink are from Fun Stampers Journey

Simple but elegant, exactly what she wanted.

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today I want to share with you a wedding or anniversary card.

I just love this stamp.  I love the simple look of it.
To create the base of this card, I first took the piece of Candy Apple Cardstock and pierced either side of it by using one of the Journey Rectangles piercing die.  I then adhered this piece to the card base of Bubble Gum Cardstock and then splattered Black Licorice silk over the top.  I then built the card from there.
The hearts on the cake are colored with Color Burst Pencils and then I went over the top with a little Sparkle Silk.

Supplies Used:
Stamp: Wedding Bliss ATS, Everyday Script
Paper: Bubble Gum Cardstock, Candy Apple Cardstock, Black Licorice Cardstock, Whip Cream Cardstock
Ink: Black Licorice
Silk: Black Licorice, Sparkle

Bringing Paper to Life

Image may contain: text

Welcome to the Journey Blog Hoppers Hop! We will be Bringing Paper to Life with our 2017-2018 Idea Book & Catalog Release Theme!  I'm so happy you're hoppin' along.
If you have arrived here from Sharon’s blog, you're on the right track.  If not, that's ok too! Just continue the hop and you'll come full circle!

I absolutely love the details on our NEW Mystic Romance Collection.  Richard tried to duplicate the details of an embroidered image.  I think he hit the ball out of the park with this one.
I couldn't wait to play with this paper.  Here is the card I created:

To create this card, I used the Beach Towel Embossing Folder to add texture to the piece of Cranberry Bliss Cardstock I used as the base for my card.  I then added a strip of the black pattern paper from the Mystic Romance Prints down the middle and Silver Sparkle tape along the sides.  I splattered a little bit of Silver Silk on the base of the card for more texture.

For the flowers, I stamped the Embroidered Rose with Cranberry Bliss ink and Fresh Forest ink on Whip Cream Cardstock.  There is a die to match, so I die cut each of the pieces out using the Embroidered Rose Die.

Richard even included a sentiment stamp set , "Embroidered Greetings" which also has the detail of stitching.  I stamped the sentiment with Black Licorice ink on Whip Cream Cardstock and detail cut it out.  I added this to the top of a Journey Circle cut from Whip Cream Cardstock.

I had so much fun creating this card, I decided to create a two page spread for my Journey Album.

Thank you from stopping by today.  Please be sure to head over to Heather’s blog next.

CYCI# 132 Sketch Challenge

Today we have another challenge over at Can You Case It?  This week it is a Sketch Challenge.  Here is the sketch:
http://canyoucaseit.com/?p=3315
I love the simplicity of the layout and thought it would make a great wedding card.  Here is the card I created:
The base of the card is Grape Fusion Cardstock.  I then cut a piece of Summer Romance Pattern Paper for the one side.  The little banner at the top is Cool Pool Cardstock.
The sentiment is from Howdy Notes, stamped on Butter Cream Cardstock with Rock Candy Ink.  I also distressed the outside of the piece with Rock Candy Ink, very lightly.
I then took a small heart from Amazing Accents.  I colored the heart with Grape Fusion ink, added a layer of Journey Glaze and a sprinkle of Journey Sparkle Dust.
To finish the card, I added the Whip Cream Thread around the card and added the heart to the top.  Enjoy!
I hope you will plan to join the challenge at Can You Case It?  Go ahead and click here to go on over.  Remember to follow us on Facebook and sign up for notifications on the website so you can be alerted to new challenges.  Have fun!

June Blog Hop with Journey Bloggers

Welcome to our Fun Stampers Journey "Anything Goes" Blog Hop! I'm so happy you're hoppin' along! If you arrived here from Sandra Kay Tate's you're on the right track. If not, that's ok too! Just continue the hop and you'll come full circle!
Today, I want to share with you a bridal card I created for an order.  I actually had to make 50 of them, so they had to be simple but elegant.  Here is what I created....
The base of the card is Whip Cream Cardstock.  I then cut another piece of Whip Cream Cardstock, slightly smaller.  Then using the Heart-felt die set to cut out the heart.  I then placed a piece of Summer Romance Pattern Paper behind the heart and popped up the piece with foam squares.
I then die cut the word "Love" from Snapshot Frames in Whip Cream Cardstock and adhered it to the card.
To finish the card, I added a Heart Sparkle Dot next to the word Love and a paper flower to the bottom right corner.  Enjoy!
Thanks for stopping by.  Now, hop on over to Carol Norby's blog and continue the hop.  If you get lost, here is the list of blogs in the hop:
