Stampin Friends Fall/Outdoor/Halloween Blog Hop

Hello Crafty Friends,

Welcome to the Stampin Friends Blog Hop! This month’s theme is Fall/Outdoor/Haloween.  If you are following along the hop, you have arrived from Kim's blog. Be sure to read through my blog, comment below and continue to Tiziana's blog. If you get lost along the way, you can find a list of Blog Hoppers at the end of each Blog.

Here are the Halloween projects I created for this month’s hop.

Up first is the card I created.

I used cardstock from Fun Stanmpers Journey and pattern paper from Pebbles to create the base of the card.  I used Black Licorice Twine around the sentiment I stamped from Jack O'Lantern set in Black Licorice ink from Fun Stampers Journey on Butter Cream Cardstock.
I then used my Cricut to cut out the cute ghost image from Treasure Box Designs.

A fun and spooky card.

For my project, I created a door hanger that I can stuff with treats and give to my neighbor for Halloween.

The hanger itself is a Cricut file I had.  I then cut the same pattern paper from Pebbles for the background.    The ghost image is cut from a file from Treasure Box Designs.

I finished the box off by stamping the "Boo" from the JackO'Lantern set from Fun Stampers Journey with Black Licorice ink on Butter Cream Cardstock and placed them around the ghost.

To finish the project off, I stamped the "Happy Halloween" on Orange Creamcicle cardstock from Fun Stampers Journey from the Happy Halloween ATS with Black Licorice ink.  I then detail cut the words out and popped it up on the pocket.

I hope you liked the projects I shared and you will have some ideas after continuing with the hop.  Please leave me a comment and keep on hopping.

Doodlebug envelope Birthday Card

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today I have a card to share with you that I used two Doodlebug mini envelopes.

I used Limeade Splash, Watermelon Fusion and Bubble Gum Cardstock for the card base.  I then used one envelope to create the strip of pattern paper across the bottom portion of the card.  I then added the other envelope to the card base to hold the two tags.

I die cut the flowers with the Romantic Flower Die, cutting the larger one out of Watermelon Fusion and the smaller one out of Bubble Gum Cardstock.  I layered these on top of each other and added the wooden button to the top with a Whip Cream thread bow.

The tags are cut from the tag die and Bubble Gum and Whip Cream Cardstock.  I added Special Days Organza Ribbon and Watermelon Fusion Satin Ribbon.  The sentiment is from the Inside and Out stamp set with Black Licorice ink.

Thanks for stopping by.  Please leave me a comment.

1/17/18

Welcome to the Stampin Friends Love Blog Hop

I hope you are having a great day.  Today we are hopping along with a love theme.  We hope you are inspired to create your own projects to celebrate your love.

I just love this Rose Swirl paper from the Through the Years Prints from Fun Stampers Journey.  Doesn't say love as well?

With a simple sentiment from the Annual Celebration stamp set in Sweet Berry Ink, it makes a lovely card.  The Special Day Organza Ribbon with the Love Bud Flower, the card is very elegant.

I loved the look so much that I translated this look onto a gift card holder.

I die cut the Gift Card Sleeve out of Watermelon Fusion Cardstock and using  the Layered Scallops Embossing Folder, created a background.  I hen layered the Through the Years Print over the top and tied a Special Days Organza Ribbon around.

I hope you enjoyed my projects! Don’t forget to leave me a comment to let me know how you liked my projects.
Please subscribe to my blog if you haven’t already and continue on the hop!
